*Cost for a personal trainer ranges by area and type of training. A typical range is from $50-$200 per session. Each MAXX Workout plan includes 12 workouts (3 each week for 4-weeks), so this calculation is based on 12 workouts. In person visits for training, I charge my clients $300 per hour plus travel expenses, so you are actually saving more than $3500 per month (you are are getting the same program just without my personal presence)!
